Chester Mendham Baseball and Softball Club is excited to prepare for another season of baseball and softball for our boys and girls.  Our Board of Directors know the value of well supported programs and very much appreciate your contributions especially during these challenging economic times!

We hope that you will consider a sponsorship for the 2024 season. The support of local businesses like yours are critical to the league and to maintaining high-quality programs. Chester Mendham Baseball and Softball Club is committed to instilling the values of good sportsmanship and hard work into the young boys and girls of our two towns – all while enjoying our national pastime. We are an all-volunteer organization and entirely self-funded. We do not receive any funding from the boroughs or townships of any town.

We are pleased to offer our tiered system of sponsorship again this year. This gives you the freedom to choose the level of sponsorship that is right for your business.

• $160 GENERAL SPONSORSHIP- Your contribution will go towards  a refurbishment project of select fields which includes new batting cages, bullpen area, improved fencing re-leveling of infields, better drainage etc.. In return, your business name will appear on the Chester Mendham Baseball and Softball Club website on our sponsor page.
• $360 SILVER TEAM SPONSORSHIP- At this level, you receive the benefits of a general sponsor, and your business name and logo will appear on a heavy-duty team banner displayed at field for each game. Your business will receive a team-based gift at the end of the season.
• $575 GOLD SPONSORSHIP- All the benefits of the Silver Team sponsorship PLUS your business name and logo will appear on a heavy-duty banner that will be displayed at select fields during the entire season regardless if your team is participating on that given day.
• $1100 PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP- Get the most recognition for your business! All the benefits of the Silver and Gold sponsorships PLUS website advertising through direct link access to your website (if you choose) which could provide special offers to CMBSC families; a scrolling banner ad on the website that will be seen anytime anyone accesses the website.

Please submit your sponsorship application as soon as possible or no later than February 28th.
